This year we have 8 teams divided into 2 groups of 4. Here's how it works:

In the group stage, each team plays home and away matches against the other three teams in their group. That's 6 guaranteed matches per team.

 

Additionally, each team from Group A will play one match against each team from Group B - 2 at home and 2 away. That's 4 more matches, for a total of 10 games in the first phase.

 

The top two teams from each group advance to the semifinals, where they'll face off to determine the finalists.

 

The 2 winners will compete in the USSL Central Conference grand final, and the champion will have the honor of playing for the State Championship against the winner of the South Conference
